WITH THE GOAL OF OCCUPANCY IN 12 MONTHS, AMOEBA LOOKS TO SET THE STANDARD FOR SPEEDY DELIVERY. IT ALL STARTS WITH QUALITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

DESIGN CHALLENGE:
SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS BEGIN WITH SMART BUDGETS, GOOD PLANNING, AND ACTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT. AMOEBA IS LOOKING TO PROVIDE A REALISTIC BUDGET FOR OUR BUILDING USING INDUSTRY STANDARD TRADE PRODUCTION ESTIMATES AND MATERIAL COSTS. 
OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT GOAL IS TO UTILIZE A CREATIVE PLANNING PROCESS TO DEVELOP A SCHEDULE THAT WILL ALLOW THIS BUILDING TO BE BUILT IN 12 MONTHS. THIS GOAL IS BOLD, BUT THROUGH THE USE OF PREFABRICATION ELEMENTS AND CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT, WE BELIEVE 12 MONTHS IS POSSIBLE.   
DESIGN ASPECTS:
 - COMPLETE A FULL COST ESTIMATE OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING FOR ALL THE MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT RENTALS AND TRADES
- COMPLETING A DETAILED SCHEDULE OF BUILDING PROCESS TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION WITHIN A 12 MONTH WINDOW
 - USE OF CREATIVE PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS TO LOOK AT NEW WAYS TO PUT UP A BUILDING IN A TIGHT TIMELINE - A "JUST IN TIME" MATERIAL DELIVERY MODEL FOR PREFABRICATED ITEMS​​​​​​​
